A BRIEF TIMELINE OF ICM

It was an act of obedience to God's calling and looking at the need of our community, Inner City Ministries were started with a prayer walk in Chunking mansions by few member of International churches and Missionaries. From a flat leased by St. Andrew's Church the ICM team begins to minister and proclaim the gospel in Chung King Mansions in TST

Inner City Ministries Ltd is incorporated as a Limited Company in Hong Kong and granted charitable status. The first Chairman of the board is Simon Howells from St. Andrew's. 

ICM moves to Yau Ma Tei. After much thought and prayer ICM moves its operations down to a center in Canton Road to be amongst its target community. The Vocational training ministry in cooking begins 

ICM moved to a bigger center in Nanking Street allows ministries to develop especially Youth Ministry, outreach and family ministry. 

 After huge rent increase ICM finds a new and very well furnished center in Ferry Street. New center brings new vision for the future. 

 After complete renovation of our centre in Yau Ma Tei, ICM continues to expand its ministry to families.
